Who Is B | PANACHE for?
Our estate management services were designed for ultra-high-net-worth-individuals with secondary residences, vacation homes or investment properties in the City of Los Angeles. B | PANACHE clients take immense pride in their L.A. home and usually visit a handful of times a year. They don’t require the service of a full-time estate manager, but still desire to have their precious property well-maintained and professionally managed. We work regularly with private homeowners, family offices, wealth management firms, luxury real estate brokerages, interior designers, luxury construction and architectural firms.

Will I have a dedicated estate manager?
At B | PANACHE, it’s a team effort, with each member specializing in an area of knowledge and expertise. However, every property is assigned a primary estate manager, who will take ownership of your account and be your point person for communication.
What are your hours of operation?
Our estate management services operate between the hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PST, Monday - Friday. We are also available to handle emergencies and after-hours services, should that need arise outside of normal operating hours.
What is included in your home manuals?
That is up to you! We customize each manual based on your needs, but a comprehensive manual usually includes a contact list of the home’s subcontractors, tips and instructions on home operations, schedules and contact information for ongoing regular service providers, preventive maintenance schedules, and a full inventory of essential home contents.
Will you work with my existing staff?
B | PANACHE is happy to coordinate and work with your existing staff, to ensure seamless management of your estate.
